ReplyDeleteIt was an age when young people copied their fathers, good job they dont nowadays.
DeleteI just finished listening to your spot on the Yarshire Gamer podcast. I started wargaming in the 70's at the age of 12 with Bruce Quarrie's WWII and Napoleonic Airfix guides and it was photo's like these that inspired my young wargaming mind. It's just a shame that ties are no longer considered critical wargaming attire.
